Creativity Quotient Survey

Take the survey!  I've been working on a book now for about 8 months and just to make sure I'm on the right track, I've created a little survey. It's about 30 yes or no questions concerning where you are creatively and where you'd like to be. Plus I threw in a couple of fun ones because that's how I roll. You can burn through the survey in one minute or so. Painless and interesting. I'll post the results at some point.
